This event marked the return of two calisthenics legends: Daniels Laizans (Latvia) and Eryc Ortiz (Colombia). The first private event of 2023 brought together 1,500 spectators in person at Teatro Egaleo in Leganés, plus over 20,000 virtual participants.

Blanca Almoh became the first Spanish woman to win SWUB. Daniel Hristov was crowned champion, joining the tournament’s legend alongside Andrea Larosa with two titles each - three generations of athletes testing their strength in the same event.
