The first edition took place on June 10, 2023 at the Place de l’Europe in the Lausanne-Flon district. Two disciplines were on the programme: Strength War in the morning (09:30–12:30) and Calisthenics Battle in the afternoon (13:00–19:30).

Freestyle ran as single elimination: 2×45s per round from the round of 16 through the semi-finals, then 2×1 min in the final. Judged on statics, dynamics, combos, and risk-taking. Strength War was a duo format: five barbell exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, weighted dips, weighted pull-ups) split between partners, one minute each, scored on a bodyweight-to-strength ratio.

Three women signed up: Maureen, Naika, and Celia. Sthenos planned a Pro Women’s category if enough international registrations came in. With three entrants, they competed in a single semi-pro bracket instead. Maureen won, Naika Aymon finished second, Celia third.
