International Strength Nights (ISN) III 2026

ISN returns for a third edition at the Palais des Sports André Brouat in Toulouse, over a full weekend.

The programme:

• Friday July 31 - Face Off at the Salle du Sénéchal. Athlete presentations and battle reveals for the first 100 Premium Pass holders, partners and guests, followed by a community gathering by the Garonne.
• Saturday August 1, 15:30 - Arena Experience. Open performances, stands, music and athlete meetups. Premium Pass holders from 15:30, Standard Pass from 16:30.
• Saturday August 1, 18:30 - Main show. Around twenty international athletes compete across multiple battle formats inside a dark arena with lights, smoke and DJ sets. The crowd votes live via QR code after each battle to decide the ISN 2026 champions.
• Sunday August 2 - Community day. Small-group workshop with some of the competing athletes, then an outdoor gathering with open training, food trucks and stands.

For the first time, female athletes compete alongside the men in a single division: one stage, one standard, no separate category.

The line-up is being revealed athlete by athlete on Instagram. Around fifteen competitors are already confirmed, from France, Spain, Colombia, Chile and Malaysia, including several women for the first mixed division. More names are announced in the weeks leading up to the event.
